On Wednesday December 21st, join the LAULYP and LABIC as we takeover the Cork LA Tijera in Ladera Heights. Hop on board this #SLAYRIDE in your little black dress or Gucci Tux and Bowtie while recognizing leaders that are the pulse of South LA. This red carpet affair will attract some of the most prominent figures in LA business, entertainment, and politics. To kick off the event LABIC will host an engaging and niche panel on venture capital fundraising in tech and entertainment. Confirmed panelists include Blue 1647 & Code Chicago founder Emile Cambry. Afterwards guests will be able to mix and jingle while enjoying hor’derves, specialty cocktails and hype music from world renowned DJ SheRock followed by a special guest performance! This festive event will also serve as Gift Drive for foster youth up to age 17 in the Drew CDC programs which serve 4000 families in South LA. Bring an unwrapped gift to be entered into a raffle.
