The Whitney M. Young, Jr. Awards Dinner – a Los Angeles tradition – serves as the League’s signature fundraiser. The Awards Dinner was launched in 1974 and is considered one of the most highly anticipated annual fundraising events in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Urban Leauge Young Professionals invite you to join us at this year’s gala and stay for our annual To the Nines After Party!
The Los Angeles Urban League Young Professionals (LAULYP) is a membership organization offering young professionals opportunities to participate in community service and professional development in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Our annual To the Nines event is our largest fundraiser of the year and honors nine emerging professionals innovating creatively or in business, academia or the community. To the Nines is consistently LAULYP largest fundraiser and a phenomenal evening of network and net worth building.
