A message from Carlos J. Clantonm, Policies & Procedures Chair of the National Urban League Young Professionals.
“I’m submitting to you, on behalf of the members of the Policies and Procedures Committee in accordance with Article VII of the National Urban League Young Professionals Bylaws, Section I of the Elections Handbook, which now houses the Official Candidate Declaration Form and Timetable for the 2015-2017 Election Cycle.
The eight members of this committee, our NUL Liaison and myself have worked countless hours over the past year and a half in an effort to provide you with a document that would ensure a clear and transparent process for our upcoming 2015 elections.
Secondly, [see below] the 2015-2017 NULYP Candidate Rubric; a new form that will aid in a fair and balanced review of all Candidate Applications.
Lastly, please remember that all candidate declarations are due by May 21, 2015 11:59 PM PST.”
